Jackson Family Reunion

Every 4th of July we go to the Jackson cabin in Bicknell, UT for the Jackson family reunion. We have such a blast every year. We get to visit with family, go on high adventure activities, and my favorite part is the lip sync!! You'll notice Mike's beard that he grows everytime we go to the cabin, I think he feels like a real mountain man when he has a scruffy beard!

I did this blog a little backwards because I wanted the beginning of our trip to appear first so it should start with Our fun pool pictures, then go to the Waterfall, next is the Lip Sync and it will end with our Sunday pictures. Sorry I am very new to this blogging stuff!!

This first picture is Mike and Brigham walking up the road to the cabin after an afternoon of fishing. I thought it was such a cute picture. They didn't catch anything that time but they sure had a blast trying!!

Fun Pool Pictures

Here are some cute pictures of the boys having fun in the pool at our hotel. They were like little fish the whole trip! They just didn't want to get out of the water. Baby Paul was so funny, every time I pointed the camera at him he would say CHEESE and smile real big! I wish the other boys would do that. Baby Paul felt like such a big boy in his floaties, Joseph always has fun when he has a raft and Brigham has become quite the little swimmer since we got him his flippers! They also had lots of fun with there Aunts and Uncles.

The Waterfall

This is a fun high adventure activity that the younger kids get to go on while the older kids get to go repelling and hiking. The boys just had a blast swimming while baby Paul sat in the water and played with the rocks. He was so happy to just sit in the water and play! After playing in the water we decided to go up by the rocks and take some more fun pictures!

Lip Sync

This is one of my favorite activities at the Jackson cabin!! It is a tradition for each family to perform a lip sync. It is so much fun to watch and to participate! Our lip sync this year was "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice. It was hysterical, we got the award for the best bling! We invited Grant and Paul to be in our lip sync and they did a really great job at being our posse! (To see the picture larger just click on it)

Sunday Pics

Here are some pictures that we took after church. I love these pictures, but I didn't realize there was a smudge on the camera lens until after the family photos. I especially love this picture of Brigham and Joseph!
